We have a background in biomechanics, human anatomy, physiology, sports nutrition, kinesiology, and much more that allow us to know the body inside and out. This degree is much more than a weekend certification, it gives us the skills to be experts in the industry.

Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified (Pn1)       Pn1_Coach

Certification teaches how to coach clients through a habit based lifestyle. Helps with all aspects from macronutrients, to micronutrients, specialized fitness nutrition coaching, and lifestyle eating.

National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) 

Worldwide authority on strength and conditioning, they support and disseminate research-based knowledge and its practical application to improve athletic performance and fitness.

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS)

Professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.


NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT)

Health/fitness professionals who, using an individualized approach, assess, motivate, educate and train clients regarding their personal health and fitness needs.

IYCA Youth Nutrition Specialist (IYCA YNS)

Youth nutrition specialists are about coaching young athletes how to properly deal with nutrition. Dealing with before, during or after sporting events as well as everyday nutrition for young athletes.

IYCA Certified Speed & Agility Specialist (IYCA CSAS)

Speed and agility specialists are experienced in the art of being able to help athletes develop proper speed mechancis. The concentrate on the aspect of technique over repetitive drills done incorrectly. For agility, they focus on connection of the mind to movement instead of just foot speed. It’s the ability of the athlete to stick their foot in the ground and go somewhere that matters not how fast you move in one spot.

IYCA Youth Fitness Specialist Level 1 (IYCA YFS-1)

Youth fitness specialists are experienced in coaching young athletes based on a long term athlete development model. This means they will progress athletes over a period of time making sure to make sure the athlete is at the proper part in their development based on not just their age and sport. Young athletes are not mini adults and this certification teaches coaches how to program for all ages.

IYCA High School Strength & Conditioning Specialist (IYCA HSSCS)

HSSCS coaches can work with high school athletes either in the school setting or private setting. They are coached how to implement a strength program in any setting they are presented and how to develop strength, power, speed and conditioning in high school athletes in all sports.

IYCA Olympic Lifting Instructor

Endorsed Olympic lifting instructor that is proficient coaching the main Olympic lifts used in sports. The clean, snatch and the push press/jerk.

Functional Movement Screen Certified (FMS-1)  FMS cert

  • Facilitate communication with both clients and physicians
  • Identify physical imbalances, limitations, and weaknesses
  • Establish a functional baseline to mark progress

  • The fundamental approach to creating optimal posture and movement so that they can train more often and with more intensity to get the results they desperately want.
  • Assess the core, shoulder, and hip complexes to understand what NOT to do so that they can save time and frustration.
  • A progressive approach to identify and truly correct posture and movement issues to allow clients to spend more time doing the things they enjoy.
